Where can I find the order number for my order?

You can also find your order number in our customer center. Simply log in with your login details and go to your order overview.

Does an order ever disappear from the order overview?

No. Past orders remain in your order overview and are not automatically deleted after a certain number or time. This way, you can view your order history at any time.

Can I check my order status without a customer account?
