Once you've placed your order with ApoNatura, you can, of course, check your order status at any time. We'll explain how to do this step by step:
- Log in with your details in our Customer .
- Then select your order overview. This displays all your current and past orders.
- Using the colored bar, you can then see whether your order is in progress or has already been shipped by us.

Where can I find the order number for my order?
You can also find your order number in our customer center. Simply log in with your login details and go to your order overview.
Does an order ever disappear from the order overview?
No. Past orders remain in your order overview and are not automatically deleted after a certain number or time. This way, you can view your order history at any time.
Can I check my order status without a customer account?
Yes, that's possible too. Our customer support will help you with that. It's much easier and faster, of course, but it's also possible if you have your own account with us. If you want to create one, you can find out more at Create Account how it works.
