At ApoNatura, you can choose to pay for your purchase using various payment methods. One convenient option is EPS.

- Choose your items in the shop at your leisure and put them in your “shopping cart”
- Now you can either go to your shopping cart and click on “Checkout” or you can start the payment process using the “Checkout” button, which appears when you hover your mouse over the bag in the top right corner.
- On the following page you will see an overview of your order and can enter your shipping details such as name and delivery address.
- Further down the page you can then select EPS as your payment method.
- Complete your purchase using the “Pay for order” button.
- In the next window you will be asked to select your financial institution.
- After making your selection, the EPS payment system will redirect you to the online banking page of the corresponding bank.
- There you can log in with your personal access data and pay your bill.

Bank transfer is the online payment method used by Austrian banks for online purchases. We have included this payment system in our payment options for our Austrian customers.
What is the difference between Sofort Banking and Giropay?
Between EPS transfer and Giropay There's not much difference. EPS is essentially the Austrian equivalent of the German payment system Giropay.
The difference between an EPS transfer and Sofort Banking is that EPS connects directly to the online banking of the respective Austrian bank, whereas Sofort Banking does not. Here, the customer is guided through their online banking on an external website.
How secure is the EPS transfer?
Since an EPS transfer redirects the customer to the online banking of their respective bank, it can be described as just as secure as this online banking.
How will I be refunded my EPS invoice amount?
Your invoice amount will always be refunded using the same method you originally transferred it to us. If you paid for your order via EPS, the purchase price will also be refunded to this account.
