Where do I get my login details?
If you are a new ApoNatura customer and have never visited our customer center before, you will first need to request your login details. You can find out exactly how to do this at Create Account.
What do I do if I have lost my password?
If you can't remember your password or have lost the email with your login details, no problem. You can find out exactly what you need to do at Forgot password.
What can I do if I have forgotten my email address?
Here, you have the same option as if you entered an incorrect email address. You'll find a troubleshooting link at the bottom of the Customer Center under "Login Issues." There, you'll be asked to provide your contact information and a possible callback time. Our technicians will then contact you and resolve the issue.
What can I do if I have problems logging in?
If you have problems logging in, we can give you the following tips:
- First, you should check again whether you have written your email address and password correctly.
- Next, you can try clearing your browser's cache.
- If it still doesn't work, try changing the browser or the device you want to log in from.
How do I log out again?
As in other shops, you can log out of your personal area in the customer center by clicking on the “Logout Button”.
