- Standard Delivery – Currently, it is only possible to order via standard shipping in the ApoNatura Shop.
- Express Shipping – We don't currently offer this option to our customers. One of our future goals is to offer our customers express delivery of their orders.
Your goods will be delivered Monday through Saturday via our shipping partner DHL. Your order can be delivered to your desired address or home address. The billing address and delivery address do not necessarily have to be the same.
- Delivery Times – Our delivery times are usually between 1 and 5 working days.
If these delivery times should differ significantly for certain products, we will clearly indicate this on the product pages and also in the order overview.
FAQ
Is contactless delivery also possible?
Yes. Our shipping service provider DHL also offers contactless delivery. After you receive a notification from DHL about your package arrival, you have the option of choosing a preferred delivery location, for example, at your doorstep.
Is it possible to order by express delivery?
For organizational reasons, we are currently unable to offer express delivery. However, even without this option, your order will usually arrive within a few days.
Are delivery times delayed by weekends and holidays?
Deviations are of course possible due to holidays and weekends. However, our delivery times of 1-5 business days can be easily met in the vast majority of cases.
Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation or parcel shop?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to a Packstation or parcel shop. However, we are constantly improving and aim to further enhance the shopping experience on our platform for you. Delivery to a Packstation or parcel shop is already on our list.
When exactly will my shipment arrive?

Can customs fees be incurred when shipping abroad?
