With Klarna, you can usually choose between "Pay in 14 days" or "Pay in 2 months." Klarna bills you from the time your goods are shipped.
After you place your order, Klarna will send you a payment instruction, which must then be paid directly to Klarna within the agreed period.
No. This is where Klarna's Buyer Protection comes into play, which means you won't have to pay for goods you didn't receive. Klarna will also help you with any issues with your purchase, should any arise.
No. There is no invoice fee for payment processing via Klarna.
If you fail to pay your Klarna invoice within the agreed deadline, you will be charged a reminder fee of €1,20. Each additional reminder also costs €1,20.
Your invoice amount will always be refunded using the same method you transferred it to us. If you paid for your order via purchase on account, the purchase price will also be refunded to the account you used to pay the invoice.
