If you want to change your contact details, you can do so easily and conveniently via your personal customer center. Here's how:
- Log in with your personal access data in our Customer an
- Click on “My Account”
- Enter your new contact details in the respective fields
- By clicking on “Save data” you can then update it

Can I change my email address afterwards?
Yes, that's possible too. Unfortunately, it's currently a bit more complicated than changing your contact information.
To do this, simply click on "Message Center" in your customer center and create a new message. Now, select "Data Change" as the ticket subject and describe your issue. Our customer support team will then promptly address your request.
I forgot my password and can't log in to the customer center?
Don't worry, we have a solution for you. We'll tell you exactly what you need to do in this case at Forgot password.
Can I set my password individually?
Unfortunately, this isn't possible at the moment. However, we're working on a solution to this issue and will make it possible for you to create your own personalized password in the future.
