If your order has not yet been processed or shipped at the fulfillment center, you can still change your delivery address through us.
Currently, this is only possible if you have the ApoNatura Customer contact us and request to change your delivery address.
Unfortunately, you can't currently adjust your delivery address yourself via the customer center. However, our technicians are working on this option. We'll keep you updated here.
If the package has already been shipped, we cannot change your delivery address. However, in some cases, you can use the Shipment Tracking of the respective parcel delivery service subsequently specify a different delivery address.
Our partner DHL, for example, will send you a shipping confirmation. You can then use this confirmation to enter your delivery address later on the DHL website.
When you place an order in the ApoNatura shop, you can provide both a delivery address and a billing address. These do not have to be different.
