Every customer who places and completes an order in our ApoNatura shop will receive an invoice from us. You will receive this invoice in two different ways:

  • By email – Once you have completed the payment process with us, we will send you the invoice for your order to your email address.
  • In the customer center In the future, you should also be able to access, download, and print your invoices via the Customer Center and the "Order Overview." Our technicians are currently working on this feature.

You can either open and print them from your email or download them again in the Customer and then print it out.


FAQ

What should I do if I deleted the email with my invoice?

If you accidentally deleted or lost the email with your invoice, we currently have a solution for you. You can simply contact the Customer Support and get help with this problem.

In the future, however, this won't be a problem anymore. In this case, simply log in to the ApoNatura online customer center with your personal login details and open the order overview. There you'll find all invoices for your past orders, which you can download and print.
