At ApoNatura, you can choose to pay for your purchase using various payment methods. One option is convenient payment via SOFORT Banking.
We want to show you exactly how this works here.
- Take your time to choose your items in the shop and place them in your “shopping cart”.
- Now you can either go to your shopping cart and click on “Checkout” or you can start the payment process using the “Checkout” button, which appears when you hover your mouse over the bag in the top right corner.
- On the following page you will see an overview of your order and can enter your shipping details such as name and delivery address.
- Further down the page you can then select SOFORT Banking as your payment method.
- Complete your purchase by clicking the “Continue and pay” button.
- From here you will be redirected to Klarna’s website.
- First, select your bank. You can find it either by bank name, bank code, IBAN, or BIC.
- Once you have selected your bank, you must log into your online banking and can pay your bill from there.
- At the end, your transfer must be verified with a TAN on your smartphone, for example, as is usual with online banking.
FAQ
Can I cancel or charge back an instant payment?
No. A payment via Sofort Banking is immediately debited from your account and cannot be canceled. However, it is of course possible to get your money back. To do so, you must first create a Complaints & Returns order or your cancel orderbefore we shipped them.

How secure is Sofort Banking?
An instant bank transfer via Sofort Banking uses the well-known and proven online banking method. Combined with verification via a one-time TAN (transaction number), which is never stored by the payment service provider, Sofort Banking is a very secure way to pay your bill online.
Is Sofort Banking always connected to Klarna?
Yes. Sofort GmbH has been part of the Klarna Group since 2014. Consequently, Klarna has visually integrated the "Sofortüberweisung" payment method into its product range.
What is the difference between Sofort Banking and Giropay?
Just like Giropay Sofort-Banking is an online payment service that connects customers to online banking. The difference from Giropay, however, is that Sofort-Banking does not redirect customers directly to their respective bank's online banking, but rather handles this process with the customer on its own website.
How will I be refunded my invoice amount with Sofort Banking?
Your invoice amount will always be refunded using the same method you transferred it to us. If you paid for your order via Sofort Banking, the purchase price will also be refunded to this account.
