- Choose your items in the ApoNatura Shop at your leisure and place them in your “shopping cart”
- Now you can either go to your shopping cart and click on “Checkout” or you can start the payment process using the “Checkout” button, which appears when you hover your mouse over the bag in the top right corner.
- On the following page you will see an overview of your order and can enter your shipping details such as name and delivery address.
- Further down the page you can then select your payment method.
- Complete your purchase by clicking the “Continue and pay” button.

Payment options include on account, PayPal, credit card, Sofort-Banking, Giropay, and EPS. If your preferred payment method isn't available, you'll unfortunately have to resort to one of the providers listed.
How do I get a copy of my invoice?

How can I track the status of my order?

When will I get my money back if I return an item?
Once we receive the goods, we will process your refund. You will usually receive your money within a maximum of 14 days.
How will I be refunded my invoice amount?
Your invoice amount will always be refunded using the same method you originally transferred it to us. Therefore, it depends on the payment method you used. For example, if you paid for your order via PayPal, the purchase price will also be refunded via PayPal in the event of a refund.
