- Step: First, pull the shoulder straps over your shoulders as if you were putting on a jacket. Make sure the straps don't twist.
- Step: If necessary, ask a second person to help you adjust the size correctly.
- Step: Now place your shoulders in an upright position. For increased pressure, you can tighten the Velcro fasteners a bit.
